Phyllostachys aureosulcata Spectabilis (bam.a.s)
This bamboo has yellow stems with alternating green streaked inter nodes in spring. Young stems exposed to sun turn superb purple colour. Height 1.5m to 4m. Hardy to -22c. Use as a garden specimen or grow in a tub.
